Food & Beverage Operations:
Halfway House Server
The Halfway House (AKA: Thirst-Aid Station) at Innerkip is centrally located on the golf course ensuring players pass it up to 5 times throughout their round. The Halfway House server is encouraged to bring an outgoing and positive attitude to the location. This self-directed position includes serving food and beverages in an accurate and timely manner through our COVID safe drive-thru window. Innerkip fosters a great environment for staff and guests alike and you can be proud to work at the club. SmartServe certification is required and a minimum of 2 years of serving experience is recommended. Availability to include evenings and weekends.
Our restaurant serving team is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests throughout their visit to the golf course. Successful applicants will be outgoing, positive and dedicated to maintaining a safe dining environment under COVID-19 protocols. SmartServe certification is required and a minimum of 2 years of serving experience is recommended. Availability to include evenings and weekends.
Bring your skills in the kitchen to our restaurant and be a key part of the exceptional service in our dining areas. Cooks are encouraged to participate actively in ensuring the guest experience is above expectations. A valid food handlers certificate is required as well as a strong dedication to following COVID-19 protocols within the restaurant. A minimum of 2 years of cooking experience is recommended but we are also happy to build your experience! Menu suggestions are welcome!
